Office Cleaning · Milwaukee
After-hours office cleaning in Milwaukee, with a photo report after every shift.
We clean offices and multi-tenant office buildings across the Milwaukee metro. After every shift, you get an email with photos of the work.
You never have to walk the building to find out if we showed up.
Buildings we clean, and where
Single-tenant offices, multi-tenant office buildings, and the shared spaces between suites: lobbies, corridors, restrooms and break rooms.
We cover Milwaukee, Shorewood, Wauwatosa, Brookfield, Greenfield, New Berlin, West Allis and West Milwaukee.
Programs start at $700 a month.
Two programs, plus add-ons
Janitorial service means the routine cleaning that keeps an occupied building usable: trash, restrooms, floors and the surfaces people touch. Every program covers those basics and comes with a photo report after every shift. The two programs differ in how much detail work happens on top of that.
Your building gets a written checklist before the first shift, built from the program you pick.
Our recommendation
Standard

- Deeper office cleans on a rotation: full vacuum, hard floors mopped, conference rooms reset
- Monthly and quarterly detail: ledges, sills, blinds, vents, baseboards and cobwebs

Both are quoted at the walkthrough and can be added to either program.
Prices shown are starting prices for recurring service. Your price is set in writing after the walkthrough and depends on your building, schedule and scope. Sales tax is added where Wisconsin law requires it.
How the price is set
We price by the job hour, so a bigger or busier building costs more than the starting price.
Every walkthrough captures what drives the work: touchpoints, traffic, lobby load, restroom count, finish materials and time of day. Then you get a number for your building, not a guess from square footage over the phone.
We do not strip and wax floors today. If your building needs it, we will tell you on the walkthrough instead of finding out on the invoice.
How often we come
As often as your office needs. How many people use the space sets the schedule.
A busy office usually needs service every weeknight. A smaller suite might need two or three nights a week, or as little as one. We can also cover daytime hours if after-hours access does not work for your building.
The photo report
After every shift, an email lands in your inbox with photos of the areas we cleaned.
You can forward it to an owner, check it before a tenant calls, or ignore it on the nights you trust it. Either way, it is there.
Questions property managers ask
Who do I call when something is off?
An owner, not a sales rep: (414) 253-2542. We answer within two business hours.
What happens if something gets missed?
We fix it the same day, at no charge.
Are you a franchise?
No. The company you hire is the company that cleans your building.
Am I locked into a long contract?
No. Service is month to month, with your rate locked for 12 months.
Are you insured?
Yes. Cream City Commercial Services LLC carries $2 million in general liability coverage ($1 million per occurrence), plus workers' compensation. A certificate of insurance is available on request.
Start with a walkthrough
An hour in the building, and you get the scope in writing: every task, every area, every night, and what it costs.
Yours to keep at no charge, whether you hire us, stay with your current crew, or put it out to bid.
