Industrial Cleaning · Milwaukee
Industrial cleaning in Milwaukee, for the office side of the plant.
We clean the office side of industrial plants in Milwaukee: the front room, the offices, the break rooms, the restrooms, the common areas, and the conference room where your customers sit down to do business with you.
One to five nights a week. Photos in your inbox after every shift.
Plants we clean, and where
Foundries. Plating and finishing shops. Machine shops, fabricators, printers and food plants, and really any building where a few thousand square feet of office sits a doorway away from a production floor and the grit walks in on everyone's boots.
The Menomonee Valley alone has close to 10,000 people working in it. We cover the Valley, Walker's Point, Bay View, Riverwest, the 30th Street corridor and the industrial parks on the north side, plus West Allis, West Milwaukee, Wauwatosa, Greenfield, New Berlin, Brookfield and Shorewood.
Programs start at $300 a month for once a week service. Plant offices are small, and the price should say so.
Two programs, plus add-ons
Both programs cover the office side of the plant: the front room, the offices, the break rooms, the restrooms and the common areas. Both come with a photo report after every shift. The difference is how much detail work happens on top of the basics.
Your building gets a written checklist before the first shift, built from the program you pick, so what is in and what is out is on paper before anyone touches a mop.
Standard
From $390 / month, once a week
The basics every visit, plus the detail work a plant office needs because of what walks in from the floor.
- Everything in Essentials
- On a rotation: break room tables, counters and sinks cleaned, microwave and fridge exteriors wiped
- On a rotation: door handles, light switches and other touchpoints sanitized
- Deeper cleans on a rotation: full vacuum, hard floors mopped, conference room and front office reset
- Monthly and quarterly detail: ledges, sills, blinds, vents, baseboards and cobwebs
Essentials
From $300 / month, once a week
The basics, done every visit.
- Trash and recycling emptied in the offices, break room and common areas
- Restrooms and locker room restrooms cleaned and disinfected, with paper, soap and liners restocked
- Carpets, runners and entry mats spot vacuumed
- Entry glass and the lobby kept clean
Add-ons, scheduled when you want them
- Interior window cleaning
- Carpet extraction
Both are quoted at the walkthrough and can be added to either program.
Prices shown are starting prices for once a week service on a plant office. Your price is set in writing after the walkthrough and depends on your building, how many nights a week, and scope. A one time first clean is quoted separately when the dust has had a head start. Sales tax is added where Wisconsin law requires it.
What we leave to you
The production floor, the machines, process waste, oil and coolant, and anything that needs a permit stay with your plant crew and your specialty vendors. We work on the office side of the door and we do not wander.
Why the office side matters at a plant
In 1999 a team of Danish researchers hid an old, soiled carpet in an office, behind a screen where nobody could see it, and measured the people working there for weeks. Typing output dropped about 6.5 percent. The carpet came out and the numbers came back.
At a plant, the office is also the only part of the building most of your customers ever see. A buyer who tours the floor still sits down with you in the conference room.
How often we come
As often as the office needs, and headcount decides that more than square footage does.
A plant with a dozen people in the office usually picks one night a week. Forty office staff and a break room that runs through two shifts is a three to five night building, because the break room is where a plant office gets dirty first. We work around your shifts and your sign-in rules. Daytime works too, when the office is empty.
How the price is set
We price by the job hour. A bigger or busier office costs more than the starting price.
On the walkthrough we count what drives the work, which at a plant means restrooms and locker rooms, break room traffic, the floor finishes, how much grit comes in from the production side, and which nights you want covered. You get a written price for your building. If the office needs a reset before the nightly program can hold it, that first visit is priced on its own.
The photo report
After every shift, an email lands in your inbox with photos of the areas we cleaned.
Forward it to the owner. Check it the morning a customer is coming in. Ignore it on the nights you trust it, and it is still in the thread when you need it.
Questions plant managers ask
Do you clean the plant floor?
No. We clean the office side: front offices, break rooms, restrooms, locker room restrooms, conference rooms and lobbies. Production areas, machinery and process waste stay with your plant crew and your specialty vendors.
Can you work around second shift?
Yes. We schedule around your shifts and your sign-in rules. Most plants put us in after the office closes, which at a two shift plant is while second shift is still running, so the office is empty and the building is open.
Will you submit a bid?
Yes. A 30 minute walkthrough gets you a written scope and price, and you can put it next to any other bid on your desk.
Who do I call when something is off?
An owner, not a sales rep: (414) 253-2542. We answer within two business hours.
Are you insured?
Yes. Cream City Commercial Services LLC carries $2 million in general liability coverage ($1 million per occurrence), plus workers' compensation. A certificate of insurance is available on request.
Start with a walkthrough
Half an hour in the building, and you get the scope in writing: every task, every area, every night, and what it costs.
Yours to keep at no charge, whether you hire us, stay with your current crew, or put it out to bid.
