Any cost or commitment?+
None. The walkthrough costs nothing, and the written price is yours to keep.
How do you quote?+
By the job hour. Every walkthrough captures the variables that drive the work: touchpoints, traffic, lobby load, restroom count, finish materials, time of day. The number depends on the building.
Are you insured?+
Yes. Cream City Commercial Services LLC carries $2 million in general liability coverage ($1 million per occurrence), plus workers’ compensation. Certificate of insurance available upon request.
Why two new buildings per quarter?+
We walk every new building and write its scope before the first shift. We cap it at two a quarter so the buildings we already clean keep getting the same attention.
What’s the catch?+
The catch is the price. You’re paying for a written scope we hold to on every visit and a direct line we answer within two business hours. We’re priced for property managers who value the standard over the lowest bid.
